Employee Benefits
For BP2 Contractors (W-2) only. Independent contractors (1099) are not eligible for employee benefits.
BP2 builds employee loyalty with a comprehensive benefits program that includes:
Incentive Bonuses
Created to benefit current and/or new employees throughout the year.
Vacation Pay
Employees earn 40 hours of vacation pay after 2,000 hours of work within 18 months. There is no charge to the client.
Paid Holidays
After working 2,000 hours within 18 months, employees are paid for five legal holidays per year.
Referral Bonuses
With our “Bolder Bucks” Program, we pay a bonus of $50 or more to any employee who refers someone who then works 40 hours for us.

Our ongoing skill-building programs are available to all employees.
Direct Deposit
Available to all employees.
rapid! Paycard
Employees have the option to receive their pay by rapid! Paycard, a debit card that can be used at ATM’s, retail stores, and wherever Visa debit cards are accepted.
Insurance
Employee Paid Group Insurance is administered by BSI and available to all employees for dental, health, vision, chiropractic and hearing.
