BP2 is seeking a Production Supervisor for a client in Westminster. This person will manage and oversee the plant’s production operations ensuring high customer satisfaction and optimal efficiency. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate resources in order to meet customer quality and delivery expectations and achieve internal revenue projections in the most efficient manner possible.
• Provide accurate customer delivery commitments based upon material clean dates and manufacturing capacity.
• Develop and maintain production capacity planning tools.
• Implement and maintain a root cause analysis and corrective action system related to manufacturing problems.

• Meet with potential and existing customers to clearly communicate manufacturing systems and capabilities and review requirements for new programs.
• Implement programs that drive employee participation in continuous improvement processes/projects and accountability through all levels of the production organization. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must have experience in SMT operations to be considered. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field, plus five years of production experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated management, leadership, training, and analytical skills. Extensive PC knowledge and experience using MS Word, Excel, and other applicable programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

COMPENSATION: $45,000 – $65,000

BP2 is searching for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative for our client in Longmont. This person is the primary customer contact point for service and information about products, prices, availability and product uses, and is responsible for ensuring that all inquiries are fully and promptly addressed, and that all transactions meet or exceed customer expectations. This is a Temp to Hire, full time position.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Interface with customers through phone, email and occasionally, in-person meetings.

·         Provide technical and sales support, including answering inquiries, preparing quotes, processing sales orders, arranging deliveries, and processing product returns.

·         Support customers in use and integration of components in end products.

·         Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

·         Work with manufacturing to communicate customer requirements and manage inventory levels.

·         The ideal candidate might also take on responsibilities to modify and administer a database for marketing and sales efforts (CRM database), and would be responsible for website updates and customer communication through email newsletters.

BP2 is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to work with one of our clients in the Longmont area for a 3rd shift position (11:00pm to 7:30am, Sunday through Thursday).  This is a long term contract position.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Responsible for performing electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. 

·         Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. 

·         Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.

·         Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.

·         May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Toner Manufacturing experiences desired. Familiarity with 480vac, 120vac, Lock Out/ Tag Out and Electrical Safety standards. AA degree in electronics or equivalent experience desired.  Must be willing to attend classes to augment experience if deemed necessary. Must have minimum 2 years mechanical experience and/or 2 years manufacturing process experience. Physically capable of lifting more than 35lbs and must be able to use ladders, stairs and lifts to work in higher locations. Able to work with minimal direction, but capable of fulfilling required tasks in a timely manner. Must be willing to work overtime as necessary.

COMPENSATION: $23 to $28 per hour

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service

BP2 is seeking a CNC Polishing Technician for a client in Boulder. This person will machine and shape glass, ceramic, ferrous, and non-ferrous metals using computer controlled machining centers, dicing saws, or manually controlled machinery.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•        Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations

•        Read and interpret optical technical drawings of lenses or mirrors

•        Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers, calipers and optical comparators

•        Develop ability to determine what speeds and feeds to use and other set up requirements when cutting different glass material

•        Inspect lines and figures for clarity and return erroneous drawings to designer for corrections.

•        Measure, inspect, and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments.

•        Modifies materials and products during manufacturing process to meet requirements.

•        Select the appropriate tools, machines, materials to be used in preparation of machinery work.

•        Set up and conduct tests of complete units and components under operational conditions to investigate proposals for improving equipment performance.

•        Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products and determine product dimensions and tolerances

•        Modify existing programs to meet requirements of new processes or write new programs and test them for accuracy

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:  Programming with CNC GCODE required. Macro variable programming desired. Experience with Stasiloh and/or Schneider CNC Polishing Equipment required. Experience with manual machine shop equipment (Mill, Lathe, etc.) preferred. Associates Degree or 2 years relevant experience operating CNC equipment. Experience with glass, ceramic fabrication techniques required. Knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks and AutoCAD) useful. Experience with CAD/CAM software (BobCAD) useful. Microsoft Word and Excel skills
